At FalcOne Gallery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury fashion purchase. If your selection doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Log into your account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Prepare the Package

Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unworn, pristine condition.

Ship It Back

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
